Route Planning

Every delivery on a route. Every drop proven. Every invoice reconciled. Route planning that's built into your order flow, not another system to manage.

Routes That Make Sense

Route optimization isn't just about shortest distance. It's about truck capacity, delivery priorities, standing schedules, and which customers can take a night delivery, all considered together.

Workd builds routes that work in the real world. Drivers get clear sequences. Dispatchers see every truck. And every completed stop flows straight into an invoice.

  • Capacity-aware optimization, Truck capacity, stop priority, multi-trip planning
  • Standing routes, Recurring routes with a per-customer delivery cadence
  • One-click sequencing, Auto-sequence stops; rebalance territories while pinning accounts that can't move
  • Driver mobile app, Guided stop workflow, photo + signature proof of delivery, one-tap navigation hand-off

Complete Delivery Management

Live Dispatch Board

Every active truck on one board, GPS position, speed, and fuel pulled from your fleet telematics, route progress, pauses, and stops that need attention.

Proof of Delivery

Before-and-after photos, signature capture, and GPS-stamped arrival at every stop, and your customer automatically receives the proof embedded in their invoice.

Customer Notifications

Automatic texts and emails when the driver is en route, and a delivery confirmation with photos and signature when the stop is complete.

Route Accounting

Did everything you delivered get billed?

That's the question every distributor running its own trucks asks on Friday afternoon. Workd answers it every morning, order by order, dollar by dollar.

The Order Reconciliation Report

Every order traced across the whole chain: ordered → delivered → billed → collected → refunded → net. Leaks are flagged by name, delivered but never invoiced, billed but not collected, over-collected, duplicate invoices, stranded card holds, each with a plain-English fix. Resolve an item and it drops off the list.

Invoices from what was actually delivered

The quantities your driver confirms at the door become the invoice, automatically, the moment the stop completes. Short deliveries adjust the bill on their own, undelivered lines are never charged, and the shortfall becomes a new order instead of a dispute.

Payment at the door

Cash, check, or card at the stop, split payments supported, applied to today's invoice, an older balance, or the customer's account. Drivers can issue a credit on the spot, with a photo and a reason attached.

A nightly sweep, a morning digest

Every card and ACH payment is verified against the processor overnight. Each morning, one email lists every dollar at risk, held authorizations, failed collections, refunds owed, linked straight to the report.

Built for Fleets That Deliver

Direct store delivery isn't a bolt-on here. The truck, the load, the stop, and the money are all first-class parts of the system.

The truck is a warehouse

Load sheets show shortfall and surplus, mid-route return-to-warehouse refills are one tap, and post-trip check-in reconciles what came back against what should have.

Pre- and post-trip inspections

DOT-style checklists with mileage, fuel, and four-corner photos. A defect doesn't just get noted, it opens a tracked issue automatically.

Warehouse manager gates

The truck doesn't roll until pre-trip is approved, and the trip doesn't close until post-trip is reviewed. Accountability is built into the flow.

Returnable containers

Pallets, cylinders, kegs, deposits tracked as held versus paid-for, derived from order history so the count can never drift from the truth.

Sensor-driven replenishment

In-store fill sensors feed inventory levels straight into dispatch, what gets loaded, and which stops jump the line, decided by real data.

Day and night routes

Customers who can only take daytime deliveries never end up on a night route. The system knows, so dispatch doesn't have to remember.

Delivery That Builds Trust

On-time delivery keeps customers. Accurate invoices keep the money. Workd does both from the same system.
