App Data Deletion Requests

This page applies to all mobile applications published by Workd, Inc. on Google Play and the Apple App Store that provide ordering and account access for customers of the distributor that operates each app.

How to request deletion of your data

1. Email info@workd.com with the subject line "App Data Deletion Request", sent from the email address associated with your account. You may also contact your distributor's customer service team directly.
2. Include the name of the app you use and the email address on your account.
3. We will verify your request, coordinate with the distributor that operates your app, and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive confirmation when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your login profile: name, email address, and phone number
• Your saved payment methods
• Your customer-support chat history
• Your sign-in credentials (biometric sign-in preferences are stored only on your device and can be removed by deleting the app)

What is retained

Records of orders, invoices, and payment transactions are business records of the distributor you purchased from. They are retained for the legal, tax, and accounting recordkeeping periods described in our Privacy Policy, and after your deletion request they are no longer associated with an active login.

Self-service options

You can remove saved payment methods yourself at any time in the app under Payment Methods, without deleting your account data.

Roles and contact

The distributor that operates your app is the controller of your account data; Workd, Inc. processes it on the distributor's behalf and coordinates deletion requests with them.
